Drilling Tools International [DTI] required a solution to continue operations in Leduc/Nisku as their landlord needed their building back and was not willing to renew their lease. DTI and their broker were familiar with the capabilities of the K&H team and knew that we could deliver within the tight timelines required. We toured DTI’s facility to understand their needs, designed a building accordingly, gave them an assortment of site options in the Leduc/Nisku market, and arrived at a deal. From the time K&H closed on the land to when DTI took occupancy was six months.
